I like how you write and make complicated subjects understandable, and especially those cloud diagrams.

But still dude, it's good I don't have your job, my customers would... well I wouldn't have any.

You would be surprised at the number of C-levels at technology firms who do not understand the basic difference between the two IP services and how it relates to reliability and quality.

[...] VOIP is Voice over INTERNET PROTOCOL – not voice over the internet. It may seem like a fine line, but there is a difference. [...]

Thanks Andreas! It's important to me that my readers grasp what I'm trying to convey; occasionally I'll go down a path when I'm writing something and in the end I'm not sure if I hit the mark. So... much appreciated!

Hi Ben,

As usual you have a great way of simplifying in layman's terms VOIP and the intricate way it is used and deployed. This is the clearest example yet, for sales people to quickly understand and subsequently ask the right questions when meeting talking to potential and existing customers who are deploying a VOIP solution in their business.

Good work. Always looking forward to reading your thoughts on various solutions and technologies.
