CAIP Requests Cease and Desist from CRTC in Bell Canada Net Neutrality Fight

Michael Geist, ever the source for relevant and timely news on the net neutrality debate in Canada has a great post this morning discussing the specifics surrounding a Part VII request filed with the CRTC yesterday by the Canadian Association of Internet Providers lawyers.  With the ball in the CRTC court, there will be no more dancing around this issue.  Michael’s post can be found here.
